I’ve read a lot of critical debate over ffffound both on the web and in the likes of Creative Review and its ilk recently; a sign of its blooming popularity no doubt. I have to disagree though, i think ffffound is a fantastic resource and has become one of my most trusted inspiration sources. With precipitation has come opportunity. As long as we’re all discovering, we’re all growing. Lest we forget that the medium is here to enable everyone to publish anything. We don’t need people filters.

I’d have to agree with you Tim. ffffound is cool in every way… except one. Isn’t it about time they opened it up now? Unless you’ve got an invite snuck away somewhere you can send my way?

Hey Buddy! I know what you mean and my invites went long, long ago. That said if i come past one i’ll send it your way. The only issue in really opening it up is that it becomes so rapid and too bloated to difficult to get a positive experience from – it would, in effect, only be a closed image bookmarking experience for every member as you’d not really be able to get any worth out of the streams. Each member only seems to get 2 invites these days, i’d be intrigued to know just how many active members there are nowadays.

ffffound is always the first thing I see when I go online. Hope to get invited somehow…
